The sudden vacancy of the editor-in-chief position triggers a period of deep transformations for the fashion magazine Blossom. Although deputy editor-in-chief Chen Kai Yi would be the natural successor, everyone is surprised when Blossom’s parent company instead sends Xiao Hong Xue from Hong Kong to take the job.

“Pride and Price” tells the story of the employees of Blossom, from management to interns, and their struggles through life, work, and ambition.
